About Me
I’m a communications consultant with more than 20 years’ experience helping organisations tell complex stories with clarity and purpose. My work is shaped by a career that spans journalism, national charity communications and strategic leadership — and by a belief that good communication can drive meaningful change.
I’ve worked inside some of the UK’s largest charities, leading media teams, shaping national campaigns and supporting senior leaders through moments of opportunity, scrutiny and change. That experience means I understand how organisations work behind the scenes, what pressures teams face, and what it takes to create communication that truly lands.
Today, I support a mix of national and regional clients across the charity, public and social impact sectors. My focus is always the same: clear, human communication that helps organisations influence conversations, strengthen their voice and connect with the people who matter.
After nearly two decades in London, I’ve returned to the Thames Valley and now live in Wokingham with my family. I bring the same grounded, collaborative approach to every project — working closely with clients to understand their goals, translate complexity, and create work that feels both strategic and real.
If you’d like to talk about how we could work together, I’d love to hear from you.
I hold both PRCA and CharityComms membership.
